The Senior Pastor of Omega Fire and Miracle Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has responded to the allegations leveled against him by Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar.
Apostle Suleman was allegedly involved in sexual relationships with numerous Nollywood actresses, which led to drama on social media.
The drama between Suleman and Abubakar, started in June, after a blogger disclosed that the actress was in a relationship with the man of God.
Abubakar, had via a post on her her Instagram story, claimed that there would be a disaster if she speaks on the issue.
The actress threatened to reveal more secrets on social media if anyone tries to bully her with unnecessary messages.
But Suleman now responded by threatening a defamation law suit against Abubakar.
A letter, titled, ‘ Defamatory statements concerning Apostle Johnson Suleman: Notice to Cease and Desist,’ and addressed to the actress by Ephesis Lex law firm, on behalf of Suleman,warned Abubakar over her recent outburst on social media regarding her past affairs with the man of God.
The letter, signed by Rodney Adzuanaga Esq. on behalf of the law firm, accused Abubakar of publishing damaging, malicious and defamatory statements about Apostle Suleman.
The ailing actress was subsequently given three days to retract all she said against the pastor in some selected national dailies, adding that failure to do so will lead to filing of a substantive suit against her.
