Ekiti State governor, Ayo Fayose on Tuesday presented the 2016 budget for Ekiti State to the House of Assembly.
He stated that the N67billion proposed budget “will be a budget of reality because it only contains what we can do”.
He added: “Let me state clearly again that I am not part of any plan by the Governors Forum to reduce Minimum Wage and retrenchment workers”
He said in a tweet that a copy of the budget would even be sent to the EFCC and ICPC so that it can be monitored.
A copy of the Ekiti State 2016 Budget will be sent to the EFCC and ICPC so that they can also monitor the Budget.
He tweeted:

Fayose also said that as from January 2016, 10,000 less privileged people in the state would be paid N5,000 monthly.
