Ibadan mayhem claims another victim as death toll rises to three

One of the injured victims of the mayhem that happened at Iwo Road area of Ibadan last Wednesday, has died from his injuries.

The victim, identified as Feranmi gave up the ghost on Sunday morning.

It was gathered that Feranmi was severely injured in the pandemonium that ensued when members of the Park Managers System (PMS) under the leadership of Mukaila Lamidi, popularly known as Auxiliary, invaded a shopping complex at Iwo Road area of Ibadan.

Feranmi was said to have fell into a culvert while escaping from the attack but landed on his chest.

It was learnt that millions of naira has been spent on his treatment, but he could not survive because the doctors did not discover on time that he had internal bleeding.

The deceased was buried on Sunday afternoon.

Two people were killed while several others sustained serious injuries when members of the PMS unleashed terrror on phone sellers at the shopping complex.
