The four traditional rulers that have arrived at the venue include the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi; Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi; Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji; Akarigbo of Remo, Oba Babatunde Ajayi and the Olugbo of Ugboland, Oba Fredrick Akinruntan.

Governors that have also arrived at the Secretariat are Gboyega Oyetola (Osun); Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo); Kayode Fayemi (Ekiti) and Dapo Abiodun (Ogun).

However, the service chiefs including the Inspector General of Police, Muhammed Adamu and Director-General of Department of State Services (DSS), Yussuf Bichi and one other governor from the region are being expected.
