Ministerial nominee, Ocholi Enojo James, was screened by the senate today. Being a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), he answered questions bothering on law and administration of justice in Nigeria.
He proposed that EFCC and ICPC be merged because “one agency can combine the functions of the EFCC, ICPC, etc and perform well”.
