Three top officials of the Osun State government have been kidnapped along Obajana-Lokoja-Abuja road on their way from Abuja, reports say.
It was gathered that the incident happened Thursday morning. Among those kidnapped were the Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Adebimpe Ogunlumade, her driver Mr. Olajide Ajani and Director in the Ministry, Mr. Tajudeen Babalola.
The victims were said to have been marched into the bush by their captors while the official vehicle in which they were travelling was abandoned by the road side.
The Permanent Secretary and the Director were said to be on their way from Abuja where they had gone to represent the state at the monthly FAAC meeting.
