Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde, was in celebration mood after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared him the winner of Saturday’s gubernatorial election in the state.
Makinde polled 563,756 votes to defeat the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Teslim Folarin, who had 256,685 votes.
