A coalition of pro-democracy groups, Coalition for a Better Nigeria, will hold world press conference, tagged Tinubu Mandate actualisation, on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
According to a statement signed by the National Coordinator of the group, Com. Awa Bamiji, the press conference will hold at Unity Fountain Square, Central Area, Abuja, by 12pm.
Awa said former Chairman, Arewa Consultative Forum and former governor of Edo State, Alhaji Tanko Yakassai and Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, respectively are the co-chairmen at the event.
“Chief Frank Ovie Kokori, former Secretary General, National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) and Dr Ramatu Tijani Aliyu, Honourable Minister of State for Federal Capital are the father and mother of the day.
“Our dear friends, Senator Uba Sani and Mr Tein Jack – Rich, governor-elect, Kaduna State and the 2023 APC presidential aspirant/ multibillionaire oil magnate from Rivers State, respectively are the Special Guests of Honour.

The group also congratulated the leader of pan Yoruba socio- cultural and political organisation, Chief Reuben Fasoranti on the occasion of his 97th birthday.
“You are a pride of Yoruba nation, silent achiever, leader of all leaders, complete gentleman, strategic organiser, very humble and honest man. We join millions of your families, friends, associates and admirers across the globe to wish you a many happy returns,” the statement said.
Also,the group condoled with the families of late Madam Alice Odumakin, late Comrade Olaoye Oluwole Sanda and late Mazi Okwuokwu over the demise of their loved ones, and prayed that God will grant them the fortitude to bear their losses.
