German tactician Gernot Rohr has signed a two-year deal to become technical adviser of the Super Eagles.
The Nigeria Football federation (NFF) made the announcement via its Twitter handle on Tuesday.
The NFF tweeted:
BREAKING: Mr. Gernot Rohr signs two-year contract to work with the NFF as Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles.
While recommending Rohr for the job, NFF’s technical and development committee described him as “calm, mature and possessing a good knowledge of the game in Africa”.

Gernot Rohr was born June 28, 1953. Until his appointment as Super Eagles technical adviser, he was working on development programmes for the German football association (DFB).
