The Federal Ministry of Information and Culture on Thursday lauched a new national orientation campaign, #ChangeBeginsWithMe.
President Muhammadu Buhari at the event, said: ‘If you cannot see the change in you, you cannot see the change in others’.

He added: “Before you ask where is the change they have promised us. You must ask yourself how far have I change so far”.
However, some Nigerians have divergent views about “the change” and from whom “the change begins with”.
