The immediate past acting Vice-Chancellor of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Prof Mojeed Olaide Liasu, is dead.
It was gathered that Liasu died during a brief illness.
The Ibadan-born professor of botany died on Wednesday, almost six months after retirement.
He retired on June 12, 2023 after attaining the age of 70.
