The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Oyo State and lawmaker representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Senator Teslim Folarin, has described Speaker of Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila as an astute politician, excellent public administrator and distinguished lawmaker.
Folarin stated this in a congratulatory message on the occasion of Gbajabiamila’s 60th birthday.
The three-term senator eulogised Gbajabiamila for his tremendous contributions to the Nigeria project since 2003.
“I join family, members of National Assembly, friends and political associates of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker, Federal House of Representatives to celebrate him on the auspicious occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary.
“Life’s milestones are not supposed to be counted, they’re supposed to be celebrated. Mr. Speaker is worthy of celebration because he has genuinely devoted his life to the service of his people and Nigeria project.
“Rt. Hon. Gbajabiamila and I joined the national assembly in 2023. He is undoubtedly an astute politician, excellent public administrator and distinguished lawmaker who is passionate about the wellbeing of his constituents and Nigeria project. I enjoy working with him because he is a visionary comrade. He is great asset to Lagos State, Yoruba land and Nigeria at large.
“He is one of the most experienced lawmakers in the history of Nigeria who has brought his experience to bear on the Nigerian legislature. He has always been consistent in pursuing the enactment of quality legislation, and also demonstrating commitment to a prosperous, united and peaceful Nigeria.
“I laud Mr. Speaker for consistently exhibiting great courage and patriotism in the conduct of the affairs of the Green Chamber
