A consultant with Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) teaching hospital, Dr Adekunle Aremu, has emphasized the reason people should enroll for the health insurance scheme of the Oyo State Health Insurance Agency (OYSHIA).

Speaking on Fresh 105.9FM Ibadan programme, Southwest Political Circuit, Aremu noted that having an health insurance plan with OYSHIA is good because it is cheap and easily accessible.

“Health is wealth, no matter how big your dreams are, once health is questioned then there is little or nothing you can do. The easiest way is to have an health insurance plan. The plan is good especially with the OYSHIA because it is cheap and easy for everyone.” He said.

The consultant admonished residents of the state to take advantage of the opportunity presented by OYSHIA to have health insurance.

OYSHIA just opened a new office at LAUTECH. It is managed by qualified staff that can handle enquiries, enrolment, change of hospital request, enrollees’ complaints and handle the complain in the best manner of approach and assist enrollees upgrade their subscription to higher plans.
